Terms & Conditions — poku Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and poku (hereinafter referred to as "poku", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the poku platform, including the website located at poku.club, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting poku's support team at [email protected].

These Terms should be read in conjunction with poku's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and poku.

Access to and use of the poku Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your registration and continued use of the service:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. poku enforces a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds held pending review, and any winnings generated will be voided and forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. poku operates as an offshore platform serving the international market; we make no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on poku. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the poku responsible gaming tools or applied by poku's compliance team. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is strictly prohibited.
• Own Account Use: You must be acting on your own behalf when using the Platform. Using your account on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly forbidden.

To access the full range of poku services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. poku will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify poku immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. poku reserves the right to suspend an account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of a security concern, without liability to the account holder.

poku may, at its sole discretion, request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified by poku may result in restriction or closure of the account.

poku supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum amounts for individual payment methods may differ; please refer to the relevant payment page for current limits.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method. poku targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though this may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. poku reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion fees incurred via a third-party payment provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Pending Balance Requirements: poku reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Fees: poku does not currently charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside poku's control.

poku offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each promotion specifies the eligible player categories (e.g., new registrations, existing players, VIP tier holders). Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible is a breach of these Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players may not combine multiple concurrent welcome bonuses or reload offers unless the applicable promotion expressly permits this.
• Abuse Prevention: poku reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus — and to suspend or close an account — where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through fraudulent means, or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All bets placed and games played on poku are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. In addition, the following general rules apply across all poku gaming and betting products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until poku's system generates a confirmation and assigns it a unique reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, poku reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets, including live cricket betting for BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures, are subject to real-time odds changes. poku reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time, including during matches, at its sole discretion.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or third-party data feed failures. Voided bet stakes are returned to the account balance in full.
• Maximum Winnings: poku reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits will be communicated within the applicable game or betting market rules.
• Responsible Use of Game Features: Features such as auto-play (where available) are provided for convenience only. Players using auto-play accept full responsibility for all outcomes generated during the auto-play session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the poku Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, algorithm, random number generator, or odds calculation system used by poku or its third-party game providers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit prior written consent from poku.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or payment provider without first exhausting poku's dispute resolution process.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform — including game assets, odds data, or promotional materials — without prior written authorisation from poku.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

poku is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming among all players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from poku.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poku, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond poku's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Loss resulting from reliance on inaccurate odds or game data caused by third-party data feed errors.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform — all gaming and betting carries inherent financial risk, and players participate at their own discretion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit poku's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

poku collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. poku employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and applies industry-standard security measures to protect stored personal and financial data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

poku will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game software providers — solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services, and always subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

poku reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals initiated through a bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity: accounts with a zero balance that have remained inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed at poku's discretion.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate restriction of access.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, poku reserves the right to retain balances pending investigation and, where fraud or misconduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balances.

You may close your poku account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not negate any outstanding obligations you owe to poku under these Terms.

poku reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, poku will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which poku is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

poku operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. poku makes no warranty or representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific country or region, including Bangladesh. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
